I received my Zenith El Primero Rainbow 18kt/Steel watch last week, and watch arrived in great condition and well packed. The watch is beautiful, and it came even better than shown in the photos. Wow! All I can say is “Wow”! I experienced dealing with Arum as very pleasant, honest and efficient. This was my first time to buy a very expensive watch over the internet (3,950 euro) (Omega Speedmaster Professional Snoopy Limited Edition). I was very hesitant at first. However, when I did a google map of Arum’s address and had a street view, I was pleased that Google took picture of Arum’s shop in google map and I could see a real brick and mortar establishement (unlike other parties where I could only see bushes or right in the middle of nowhere … literally!). I did some email correspondence and they sent me additional photos. In addition, I called them up and found that there were genuine people on the other line. Finally, I looked at their ebay store and found that they had 100% rating. So it was with confidence that I placed my order. They immediately email me the UPS tracking number and the package arrived 3 days later in Asia. Very clean, very transparent, very efficient. I can definitely recommend Arum as a honest and reliable service provider. I will definitely use their services in the future.
