The production of each watch is very limited and a strict distribution policy. These watches are the Holy Grail of collectors. As a curiosity, note the registration brand logo that appears on all their watches. It reads: “Invenit et Fecit”. This was the inscription that the watchmakers of eighteenth-century France recorded at their watches when they were proclaimed as original pieces and had been registered at the Royal Academy of Sciences. The Souveraine collection chronomètre à Résonance presents a manual mechanical watch movement. Calibre F. P. Journe 1499-2 (system with two escapes that influence and stabilize each other), 21,600 alternations / hour and 36 rubies. At first glance, it is a dual time clock, but the clock is much more technical, has two completely independent movements capable of working independently, swinging together in harmony, “resonance”.

“Any animate body transmits vibrations to their surroundings. When another body picks up this vibration, it absorbs its energy and begins to vibrate at the same frequency.” Applied to watchmaking, the physical phenomenon of resonance leads to the beats two balance sheets in perfect harmony without any contact, resulting in an extraordinary precision, as they are attracted to and offset each other. This frequency is a kind of invisible link as each balance alternately serves as exciter and resonator. When in motion, one compensates the other, offset each other, each other slow down or speed.
